Teaching Support Role

About the Position:

This teaching support role is ideal for individuals who want to contribute to the educational development of students in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students;
  • Assist with classroom activities, such as distributing and collecting materials;
  • Participate in didactic-pedagogical projects by implementing educational initiatives;
  • Maintain classrooms organized with requested materials;
  • Adapt activities for students with special educational needs;
  • Ensure safety and supervise students during activities;
  • Accompany students at meal times and ensure their well-being;
  • Manage classes in absence or temporary unavailability of Head Teachers;
  • Document student activities through videos and photos;
  • Attend Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops;
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Attending or graduated in Pedagogy;
  • Desirable 2 years of classroom experience;
  • Experience with Early Childhood Education;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education);
  • IB Methodology;
  • Child Development;
  • Digital Thinking;
  • Caring Profile;
  • Interpersonal Relationships;
  • Conflict Management;
  • Creativity;
