
Sales Force Effectiveness Associate

As a sales professional, you have the unique ability to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with clients. We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join our team in Sales Force Effectiveness. This role requires a proven track record of client sales and successful complex engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategy, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate local and regional markets, introducing new clients to the firm to meet annual revenue goals.
- Sell at least $1.25 million in consulting engagements.
- Build a team of SFE consultants that demonstrate mastery of Aon's consulting competencies, tools, and methodologies.
- Develop market platforms with sizable opportunities and repeatable revenues.
- Lead Sales Effectiveness and Rewards engagements to develop leveraged teams that work together effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 8 years in consulting. They should have strong client relationship management skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Additionally, they should be able to synthesize data, develop insights, and solve problems.
