This is a fully remote contractor position that requires expertise in Power BI development and engineering, as well as strong coding abilities in PySpark and Python.

  1. Develop and deploy DAX models using Power BI to drive data-driven decision making and business intelligence.">
  2. Work with Databricks, Fabric, or similar Spark platforms to design and implement scalable data solutions that meet business needs.">
  3. Utilize Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to manage repositories, track changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.">
  4. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive project work, meet project objectives, and deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise with Power BI, including DAX and semantic model development, and strong experience with PySpark & Python coding. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

This role will be part of a team of Power BI /Data Engineers working on a portfolio of ongoing clinical operations projects for a global organization.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Power BI development and engineering (DAX and semantic model development and deployment)">
  • Strong hands-on coding ability in PySpark and Python">
  • Professional working experience with Databricks, Fabric, or similar Spark platforms">
  • Fair knowledge on the use of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to manage repository and versions">
  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
