Job Overview

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to key accounts, ensuring timely and efficient assistance and resolution of customer requests. It requires strong independent decision-making skills to guarantee quality customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track packages and performance metrics, and complete any associated administrative tasks.
  • Act as primary contact for key accounts, providing priority support and resolving customer issues.
  • Communicate corporate policies to customers, analyze trends affecting customer satisfaction, and provide feedback for improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare internal and external reports as required.
  • Notify key accounts immediately when shipments are delayed or encounter problems, ensuring continuous communication until the issue is resolved.
  • Interface with other departments to ensure swift resolutions and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Guide sales and operations on geopolitical or operational situations that may impact service.
  • Assist customers in preparing necessary documentation for shipments and communicating customs clearance requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; High School diploma preferred.
  • Advanced English (Preferred).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • 1 year of experience in a service or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing environments.
