Customer Service Representative

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to key accounts, ensuring timely and efficient assistance and resolution of customer requests. It requires strong independent decision-making skills to guarantee quality customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Track packages and performance metrics, and complete any associated administrative tasks.
- Act as primary contact for key accounts, providing priority support and resolving customer issues.
- Communicate corporate policies to customers, analyze trends affecting customer satisfaction, and provide feedback for improvement opportunities.
- Prepare internal and external reports as required.
- Notify key accounts immediately when shipments are delayed or encounter problems, ensuring continuous communication until the issue is resolved.
- Interface with other departments to ensure swift resolutions and increased customer satisfaction.
- Guide sales and operations on geopolitical or operational situations that may impact service.
- Assist customers in preparing necessary documentation for shipments and communicating customs clearance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree; High School diploma preferred.
- Advanced English (Preferred).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- 1 year of experience in a service or customer-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing environments.
