Strategic Fundraising Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Executive Director of Development, Centers and Institutes. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a community of engaged donors able to provide individual support to academic initiatives and athletics.
The successful candidate will provide leadership for fundraising for special initiatives housed within Centers and Institutes across the University, and Athletics. They will also supervise and manage Directors of Development, Athletics, Administrative Coordinator and Major Gift Officers, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Fundraising Management: Developing and executing strategies to secure funding for various initiatives
- Leadership and Supervision: Providing guidance and oversight to team members to ensure effective performance
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required, CFRE certification preferred; 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of five (5) years in a fundraising management role
- Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in data analysis and fundraising software, knowledge of Raiser's Edge highly preferred; superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship building acumen
