Director of Philanthropic Development

The incumbent is responsible for leading a team in the development of fundraising initiatives and managing partnerships with key stakeholders.
This role will focus on securing transformational funding and philanthropy, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level donors, alumni, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events.
- Provide leadership and direction to a small team of fundraising professionals, focusing on performance metrics, data analysis, and technology enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree required; CFRE certification preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising management, including 5+ years of direct fundraising leadership experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets and developing successful fundraising strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and relationship-building acumen.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
