Precision Conservation Specialist Job Overview">We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Conservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural management, production agriculture, agronomy, or agricultural economics.The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting up to 100 farmers in adopting conservation practices within the PCM program. This includes promoting and implementing specific conservation practices to enhance sustainability, collaborating with PCM leadership and staff to achieve program objectives, conducting meetings and training sessions for farmers in partnership with other specialists, and maintaining detailed records of farmer management data and program activities.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with farmers and stakeholders, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry into online platforms, and ability to manage a varied workload and deliver results within deadlines.In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate should have a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, self-motivation with a strong commitment to supporting sustainable agricultural practices, and understanding of current farming practices and nitrogen application techniques.If you are passionate about making a positive impact on sustainable agricultural practices and have the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
