This role involves delivering exceptional technical support and providing expert solutions to ensure our customers can achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing on-site technical assistance to customers worldwide
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry, physics, or engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent experience as an end-user
- Advanced English language skills
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently
