About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and multilingual customer service professional to join our team.

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone and/or email. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, identifying their needs, providing troubleshooting and support, and working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer queries.
  • Determine customer needs and provide effective solutions to resolve their concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and ensure seamless customer support.

What We're Looking For

  • Native-level proficiency in Czech (C2 level) for both spoken and written communication.
  • A minimum B2 level in English is required for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid European passport or identity card for eligibility purposes.
