This is a unique opportunity to join Intelsat as a Global Customer Operations Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency to resolve customer issues and engage internal support teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Intelsat's standards, practices, and processes.
- Incorporate industry best practices while maintaining alignment with Intelsat's goals and capabilities.
- Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws.
- Successfully navigate and utilize Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Manage positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Meet set expectations for call center metrics and customer turnaround times.
- Escalate customer-reported technical service issues or requests to the appropriate NOC vertical team.
- Maintain accurate information and data in relevant systems by tracking and capturing information and data.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of satellite communications experience, including an understanding of RF technology.
- One to two years of proven customer service experience, including relevant experience or equivalent education experience.
- Verbal and written fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- High aptitude for networking and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
