Global Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Success Manager to join our team at Oia Global. As a key member of our Sales Enablement Team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement proactive solutions to prevent problem escalation and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and process improvements.
- Lead the execution of strategic customer and operational projects, ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation processes.
- Work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and disseminate best practices and scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- At least three years of operations, customer service, and/or account management experience in the international supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, and transportation industries.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
