As a key talent acquisition specialist, you'll build and manage relations with all stakeholders to provide a proactive customer service ensuring a positive Image and awareness of the company is promoted at all times.
Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent.
Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools.
Manage own workload to ensure a best in class recruitment service is delivered, ensuring the most effective sourcing strategies to maintain cost per hire.
Enhance and encourage awareness of internal referral programme and where required, focused effort on diversity.
Recommend, coordinate and participate In hiring events such as Job Fairs, external recruiting and other networking events.
Measure the performance of preferred suppliers and reduce dependency through innovative and creative direct delivery methods;
Produce timely and accurate activity and Management Information reporting for your business areas.
Produce communications to a high standard (e.g. advertisements) and in accordance with the customers brand guidelines if required;
Drive and deliver relevant customer presentations and evaluation/review meetings at VP/Director level.
Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationships with VP/Director level by demonstrating an understanding of the business the associated requirements and set.
