About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee a team of designers focused on paid ad creative.

The ideal candidate will provide creative direction, actionable feedback, and career support through regular one-on-one meetings and project reviews.

They will oversee the quality of creative assets, ensuring they align with brand identity, platform best practices, and campaign objectives.

Additionally, this role will involve partnering with performance marketers and strategists to develop and iterate on high-performing ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 2-4 designers and provide opportunities for growth.

  • Partner with performance marketers and strategists to develop and iterate on ad campaigns.
