Senior UX Designer

This position requires advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. You should also be familiar with methodologies like Design Thinking, customer journey mapping, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and experience designing within complex systems or data-intensive environments are essential. A strategic mindset and strong business acumen to align design work with business objectives are required.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile. They must have a Bachelor's Degree in Design or a similar relevant field. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design process for digital products

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

  • Presents design rationale, process, and deliverables to clients with clarity and confidence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or similar relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
