Job Description

We're seeking a UX Designer who can envision how each interaction, mechanic, and layer of feedback contributes to an unforgettable player experience.

  • Lead UX thinking across major systems, ensuring that core mechanics (e.g. combat, dungeons, item use, turn management) feel intuitive, satisfying, and player-first
  • Design flows, wireframes, and interaction prototypes to support key experiences, not just interfaces.
Requirements
  • Experience as a senior or lead UI/UX designer on at least one shipped game or app.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, user flows, and UX strategy.
  • Experience working directly with engineers and shipping UI in a game engine (ideally Unity).
  • Experience designing UX in game development, ideally on games with layered systems and mechanics
  • A player-first mindset: you design with emotional clarity, pacing, and flow in mind
  • Strong UX fundamentals: flow design, interaction principles, usability best practices
