Partnerships and Community Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Partnerships and Community Builder. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with online creators and influencers in the wellness and fitness space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build a strong and engaged community within the wellness and fitness industry.
  • Grow our affiliate program by identifying and partnering with new creators, planning monthly actions aligned with our brand calendar, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Build close relationships with affiliates, responding to their demands and keeping them engaged with our brand.
  • Understand the American wellness and fitness landscape, identify trends, movements, and formats to engage our community.

Requirements:

  • Ambition: You are driven by a strong desire to make a significant impact in the wellness and fitness space, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work Ethic: You possess a strong work ethic and take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work, being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Student of pop culture: You are naturally passionate about communications and social media (influencers, celebrities in the wellness & fitness space), with a good handle on current trending influencers and emerging influencers.
  • Community Building Foundation: You have a solid foundation in community building principles and techniques, understanding how to create inclusive and engaging environments that foster connections and a sense of belonging.
