Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of sales and operational success, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the fitness industry. They will be able to develop a high-performing team, achieve measurable results, and foster an environment of mutual respect, trust, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through membership sales and effective cost management
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive club success

They must be able to analyze business data, make informed decisions, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales and operations experience
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a sales or revenue generation environment
  • Fitness club management experience required

A competitive compensation package is offered, including earning potential $60,000-$75,000 per year, company-sponsored retirement plan, paid time off, and comprehensive health insurance.
