Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of sales and operational success, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the fitness industry. They will be able to develop a high-performing team, achieve measurable results, and foster an environment of mutual respect, trust, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to achieve strategic objectives
- Drive revenue growth through membership sales and effective cost management
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive club success
They must be able to analyze business data, make informed decisions, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
Requirements:- Proven sales and operations experience
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop teams
- At least 2 years of management experience in a sales or revenue generation environment
- Fitness club management experience required
A competitive compensation package is offered, including earning potential $60,000-$75,000 per year, company-sponsored retirement plan, paid time off, and comprehensive health insurance.
