Job Description

We're looking for someone who can design, develop, and implement monitoring solutions using PowerShell and bash. You'll work closely with customers to gather requirements, build custom scripts, and implement out-of-the-box features from monitoring tools.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in a collaborative environment. You'll be working on a wide range of projects, from implementing new technologies to improving existing ones.

  • Design, develop, and test scripts/automation modules for production systems using PowerShell and bash.
  • Implement monitoring solutions using AppDynamic, ThousandEyes, and other tools.
  • Work closely with customers to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong experience with PowerShell, bash, and other scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamic, ThousandEyes, and SCOM.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
