About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Moveo, a leading conversational AI company. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Implementation and Onboarding: Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and maximizing the value of our conversational AI solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a consultant, offering insights and recommendations to optimize the use of our AI solutions and drive business growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Analyze, design, develop, and debug RESTful APIs, taking ownership of complex technical problems and driving them to resolution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in analyzing, designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software applications.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and prior hands-on experience implementing web services.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
