This is a leadership position that focuses on supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in supply/ops strategy, product ops, or logistics planning and be able to design or optimize operational frameworks.
- Benchmark industry practices and propose improvements to current surge framework;
- Liaise with regional and city leads to gather operational feedback and translate that into product requirements;
- Monitor system performance to evaluate if surge logic is correctly balancing cost, availability, and service quality;
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and refine the logic that powers surge activation—across restaurant-level, zone-level, and event-based triggers;
- Collaborate with product and BI to define surge eligibility rules, thresholds, and automation opportunities;
- Identify edge cases and problem patterns across markets (e.g. rainy days, local festivals) and work on systematic response models;
- Document SOPs and build dashboards/tools that track surge effectiveness and fleet responsiveness over time;
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills; and comfort with data dashboards, basic product flows;
- Can synthesize on-ground feedback into scalable SOPs and product recommendations;
