- Provide regular reports on Whoz PSO completeness and quality metrics
- Develop and follow-up on change requests for Whoz regarding taxonomy enrichment
- Contribute to Capgemini taxonomies mapping to PSO
- Manage Enterprise Taxonomy: skills, certifications, accreditations specific to our organization
- Proactively seek new taxonomy updates
We are looking for an individual with:
- Strong knowledge of skills management principles
- Excellent data handling and reporting skills
Candidates should possess excellent English language skills, and knowledge of other languages used for skills in PSO is advantageous.
