Financial Operations Specialist

This strategic business partner will play a key role in ensuring that our pricing strategies, sales policies, and incentive programs are financially sound and aligned with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial insights to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales policies, incentive schemes, and commission structures.
- Lead product pricing analysis, including cost structures, competitive benchmarks, and margin optimization.
- Manage customer and supplier account reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely settlements.
- Collaborate with OEM factories on cost calculation, settlement, reconciliation, and ongoing financial relationship management.
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities in pricing and sales policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing and financial objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to sales support and commercial finance.
- Proven knowledge of sales policies, incentive management, and financial modeling.
- Experience in customer and supplier reconciliation and settlements.
- Prior exposure to OEM/factory operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems, MS Excel, and ERP tools.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
