Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Specialists. This role will be responsible for delivering impact to a large group of vendors through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and leadership.

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive vendor engagement and growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Vendor Managers, Account Managers, and Category Leaders to ensure alignment and successful execution of business goals.
  • Manage a team of Brand Specialists to achieve key performance indicators and deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
