
Highly Skilled Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure their technical health and post-sales customer journey is successful.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and orchestration platforms. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
This is a mid-senior level position requiring the ability to work hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in-office) and up to 50% travel may be required.
