Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage complex customer relationships.

Job Description:

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

  • Account Management: Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts, develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Work with project managers to ensure successful project delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Tech Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts.
  • Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success Management or Service Delivery Management.
  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical skill-set with problem resolution skills in Contact Center, Telecommunications, LAN/WAN, Cloud-based Software and Security.
  • Ability to work in a matrix-reporting environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, work well under pressure.
