About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team at Customer Intelligence Inc. as part of our Electronic Payment Processing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement electronic payment processing business activities for customers.
  • Deliver high-quality implementation activities, ensuring the reliability and quality of the implementations.
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers throughout the processing implementation project execution.
  • Assess and document customer needs and implementation impacts on customers' core and non-core processing systems and platforms.
  • Define scope, plan, and drive customer processing implementation projects following our global project coordination methodology.
  • Provide guidance to customers' processing support staff to execute all necessary processing implementation activities.
  • Execute comprehensive initial end-to-end processing system impact analyses for multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
  • Ensure processing interfaces with electronic payment processing systems are compliant with global product rules, specifications, achieving KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and technical implementation knowledge, preferably in the electronic payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
  • Strong payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of electronic payment processing systems, formats, and associated customer host interface testing services and principles.
  • Ability to interact well with the customer, Sr., and Executive management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to drive change in a technical work environment.
  • Ability to lead matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work independently.
  • API Knowledge for Java and open languages.
  • Relevant experience on Computing Network services.
  • Development systems methodologies knowledge.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish languages.
