Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to multiple Agile teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain top talent, including other managers, to drive business success.
- Project Management: Manage budgets, financials, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and progress.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop career growth plans for team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or Master's degree with relevant experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years of management or team leadership experience, and 1+ year of experience leading in an Agile environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, SQL, ASP.Net, PowerBuilder, HTML 5.0, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with cloud technology, Azure preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
