Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

As a seasoned Networks Service Delivery Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our global Network Infrastructure environment remains available, secure, and well-documented at all times. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into technical and functional solution specifications, document solutions developed according to defined rules, and lead delivery and mid-size project plans.
The ideal candidate will support the Network Service Roadmap delivery in three key areas: WAN/LAN, Audio/Video Conferencing, and Security. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Network Service Roadmap delivery in WAN/LAN, Audio/Video Conferencing, and Security
- Translating business requirements into technical and functional solution specifications
- Documenting solutions developed according to defined rules
- Leading and following up on delivery and mid-size project plans
- Promoting procedures, standards, and rules in place and seeking opportunities to improve them in the Network space
- Suggesting and implementing network infrastructure upgrades, modifications, and EOL replacements
- Maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders (IT Operations, Information Security, Local and Global Infrastructure, Business applications)
- Performing root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and developing resolution plans
- Maintaining all documentation for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities
In addition to the Network Senior Analyst responsibilities, this role may involve some of the following tasks, depending on current team needs and/or personal development goals:
- Global Functional Expert Role (Incident, request, capacity, CMDB, reporting…)
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress and performance
- Proactively managing key stakeholders and updating them on project status
