Job Title: Apprentice

As an Apprentice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional Guest and Member experiences. You will work closely with our teams to contribute to high levels of customer service.

The Apprenticeship Academy includes one of five 12-month Apprenticeships across various hospitality job roles. This program will help you gain the skills and knowledge required to work in areas such as Kitchen, Front of House, Food and Beverage, Exercise and Fitness, or Multi-Skilled Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the administration of electronic attendance systems.
  • Support medical examination and periodic administration tasks.
  • Receive new team member documentation and complete the admission process according to the checklist.
  • Update internal murals and social media content.
  • Verify documents and records for new employees and welcome them on their first day to sign contracts and provide additional information and company policies.
  • Assist with resignation checks, vacations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Organize files and information for team members and human resources documents physically and digitally.
  • Support event organization within the company.
  • Deliver documents to relevant areas.
