Lead a Remote Engineering Team
Job Description:We are seeking an exceptional engineering leader to oversee a team of remote engineers in various time zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent development through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career growth.
The ideal candidate will set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, management, and external stakeholders. They will be an active part of the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders in the organisation.
The team will design and build clean web service APIs to support both CLI and web frontend clients, utilizing Python (and optionally Golang).
Our ideal candidate has good experience leading modern, agile software development practices. They should also have experience forming a healthy, collaborative engineering culture that aligns with our organisational values.
