Job Description
Our Marketing Analyst role is a key position in our marketing team, responsible for implementing local marketing projects for Trek Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a project management attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders. The role will involve prioritizing information, thinking on their feet, and meeting scheduled deadlines. Our marketing strategy focuses on digital marketing, so we are looking for someone with experience in digital marketing channels and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns: Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
  2. Social Media Management and Content Creation: Oversee social media account (organic and paid content development, adaptation, and implementation), including community engagement.
  3. Email Marketing: Implement email marketing campaigns, manage contact database with a focus on audience engagement and lead nurturing.
  4. Website Content Management and Optimization: Coordinate with global development teams web content publication and implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  5. Translations: Manage workload and projects progress with local translators and proof translation work.
  6. Athletes/Brand Ambassadors Program: Support local strategy.
  7. Events: Support local event organization and execution.
  8. Retail: Support campaign execution and logistics, B2B communication, dealer programs or events.

Requirements:
  1. Candidates must have 2-4 years' experience in a marketing environment.
  2. A Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing or related field is required.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a must: social media, emails, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  4. Excellent time management, organization skills, and pro-active goal accountability.
  5. Ability to work well and build sound relationships with multi-disciplinary teams.
  6. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. English language proficiency is a must.
