Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of finished goods to customers by coordinating with various departments. This includes preparing internal documents, scheduling shipments, and negotiating with logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate manufacturing and sales teams for delivery of finished goods
  • Prepare documents for invoicing, data packs, and customer packages
  • Schedule load-outs with fabrication plants and arrange transportation
  • Assist the logistics team with freight contracts and negotiate with service providers
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and register customers, suppliers, and equipment
  • Manage local inventory and perform order invoicing
  • Maintain direct contact with customers
Requirements:
  • Desirable: Higher education qualification or relevant certification
  • Required experience in a similar role or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems or ability to learn required systems
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency
