Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Finance Manager in overseeing the accounts and financials of the agency, as well as office administrative tasks.

  • Manage the full spectrum of accounts, including account receivables and reconciliations, invoicing, payables/payments, fixed assets, and general ledger transactions.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable duties, including sending payment reminders, calling, and following up on outstanding payments, and processing and monitoring incoming payments.
  • Day-to-day accounts tallying and reconciliation.
  • Filing of financial records.
  • Client invoice payments and ageing.
Requirements:
  • Accounting and finance background with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
  • Skills in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, VBA).
  • Proficiency in English and Office tools.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
