About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to fill the position of Product Manager. This key role will play a pivotal part in driving our product portfolio forward, enhancing industry sustainability standards, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop next-generation locomotive platforms that redefine industry sustainability standards.
  • Translate complex market insights into environmentally advanced technological solutions.
  • Articulate compelling narratives of technological and environmental transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products with differentiated value propositions.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence customers through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion, and influencing skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology & Computer Science from an accredited university or college.
  • Solid professional experience working on industry and/or product management (focus on product/project development, cost, and customer needs).
  • Strong customer mindset and ability to understand commercial and product strategy.
  • Emotional Intelligence, ability to influence up and out, and the ability to work independently.
