Job Title: Technical Product Manager

We seek a strategic and technical leader to oversee product development, ensuring alignment with our vision. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Create architectural designs, workflows, and technical specifications that align with the product vision.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
  • Write detailed specs, diagrams, and documentation to support development, testing, and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in the software industry (as an architect, technical consultant, or developer) with at least 2 years as a Technical Product Manager.
  • Knowledge of .Net technologies, including C#, .Net
  • Experience in designing scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro).
  • Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Nice to have: Experience in the K12 education or Non-Profit sector. Hands-on experience with ERP systems or financial management software.
