Key Responsibilities:- Drive customer recognition of product feature design value and improved processes.
- Increase product-positioning knowledge for Caterpillar through coaching/mentorship.
- Improve industry perception of Caterpillar and participate in related associations.
- Customer Focus: Aligns customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions.
- Service Excellence: Meets or exceeds customer expectations through excellent service concepts.
- Relationship Management: Establishes and maintains healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Pre-Advanced English.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Previous experience in mining operations including field routines and operational safety.
- Hands-on knowledge of dispatch and mine management systems.
