About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our presence in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development in the region, focusing on both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth in Brazil;
  2. Develop and implement strategies to onboard new advertisers and publishers;
  3. Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired revenue;
  4. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regional growth, advertiser and publisher performance, and overall market impact.

Requirements:

  1. Depth knowledge of Digital marketing and Affiliate marketing experience;
  2. Native fluency in Portuguese and fluency in English;
  3. Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure;
  4. Experience in team leadership.
