Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage ongoing forecast and budget cycles to drive business growth and strategy execution.
  • Develop annual financial plans and monthly rolling forecasts that incorporate key business trends and strategic decisions.
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate financial performance through data-driven insights.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and support international teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance reporting and analytics infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, as well as presentation skills to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
  • Team player with high-level competency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management and leading program efforts on various scales.
  • Critical thinker with excellent organizational skills and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Broad knowledge of finance disciplines, including business cases, revenue recognition, OPEX, and CAPEX.
