**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Administration Specialist to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Brazilian branch, formulating and optimizing administrative processes, and communicating effectively with various professional organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and continuously optimize standardized administrative processes, norms, and system documents to ensure the accumulation and inheritance of intellectual capital.
  • Ensure the normal operation of the Brazilian branch by performing administrative tasks and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with various professional organizations, including project management and emergency response.
  • Collaborate with the team to undertake projects and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of administrative work experience, preferably in finance or legal related fields.
  • Strong sense of service, communication, and implementation skills.
  • Proficient in the use of office software.
  • Language proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Chinese (preferred).
