Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Administration Specialist to join our team in Americas Leveraged Services. The successful candidate will provide support for assigned cases and inquiries, providing research, analysis, and resolutions on existing cases/inquiries and recommendations on closed cases/inquiries to the TA Team Leader for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with employees/managers to provide specialized support and resolve issues and inquiries on time with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Work within established policies, procedures, and performance criteria for delivering services in line with the Leveraged Services Model and established SLAs.
  • Partner with LS Team Lead and COE to resolve issues that require escalation (e.g., vendor performance, specialized requests).
  • Maintain and update as needed to the HR Knowledge Base and FAQs.
  • Identify and make recommendations for continuous improvements for cost, quality, and timeliness of processes.
  • Integrate with COEs and site resources in talent administration work, including recruiting & staffing, interview scheduling, logistics, and expense reimbursement for candidates.
  • Support COE with as-needed requests, such as company involvement in recruitment events, electronically posting positions on internal/external career pages, job boards, and social media.
  • Administer talent acquisition vendor invoicing activities and monitor voicemail box.
  • Provide operational support to the Pre-Onboarding process (pre-integration activities) of new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar or equivalent experience.
  • Language proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
  • Experience working in a shared services/customer service environment.
  • High orientation and experience with HR systems and processes (preferred).
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
  • Committed to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented.
