- Contribuir para o aprimoramento contínuo dos fluxos e processos de captação;
- Avaliar portfólio, estrutura operacional, reputação e aderência ao posicionamento da empresa;
- Apoiar iniciativas integradas com outras áreas da empresa;
- Participar da construção de melhorias operacionais da área;
- Acompanhar seus indicadores de performance individuais e da área.
- Formação superior completa;
- Experiência prévia com prospecção ativa ou hunting de clientes/sellers;
- Perfil analítico, com capacidade de leitura e interpretação de dados;
- Habilidade de negociação e comunicação consultiva;
- Pacote Office - Intermediário;
