Platform Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Platform team. This key role involves building and scaling complex engineering systems, participating in product decisions, and working with the team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products.
About the Role- Develop and own end-to-end systems that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and refine the product roadmap.
- Work with the Platform team to ensure consistent architecture and experience across products.
- Experience in building and maintaining large-scale products, including both backend and frontend development.
- Strong systems thinking skills to design and implement end-to-end systems involving multiple products and services.
- Ability to work quickly to generate ideas and options, and decide which things can ship now and what things need more time.
- Focused and able to engage or be heads down when needed in a busy remote team.
- Excellent collaboration skills to inspire, play, and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and product managers.
