**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Culture Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of cultural initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

**Responsibilities and Objectives:**

  • Develop strategies to enhance rider culture, leveraging insights and analysis to drive activity planning and execution.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly themed events and traditional festivals, staying up-to-date with industry trends and social hotspots.
  • Oversee large-scale event projects, responsible for formulation, resource coordination, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration across departments, developing cooperation mechanisms and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and integration skills, able to collaborate with internal and external resources.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and adaptability, with good logical thinking and data sensitivity.
  • Prioritize project management experience, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
