Position Summary:
In the position of Marketing Director, you will be leading the strategic development and execution of all brand activities in Brazil, ensuring full alignment with global marketing standards.
You will manage a wide range of marketing functions including campaigns, events, promotions, athletes management, communications, and budgets while driving business growth through close collaboration with international teams and partners.
- Create a connection between Corporate Marketing Team, commercial team, bottlers, agencies, and partners to ensure program alignment, resource availability, and lead Annual Business Plan using category, consumer, shopper, and retailer specific market insights by identifying areas of opportunity, translating national brand strategies, marketing plans and insights into actionable marketing plans & sales strategies for each sales region and channel with proper budget control.
- Talent & Sponsorships Management // Cultural Integration & Relationship Building: Embed the brand within local sports, gaming, music, and lifestyle scenes by developing strong relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders to drive brand relevance and advocacy. Oversee athlete, ambassador, gamers, event producers and partners performance through contract management and integrated marketing plans that maximize earned and paid media visibility.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute events at all levels from grassroots to large-scale brand activations ensuring alignment with brand strategies and local business plan.
- Brand Activation & Innovation: Leverage global, national, and regional brand properties and events while capturing on-the-ground insights to develop innovative, locally relevant marketing ideas.
- Branding & Visual Identity: Lead in-store shopper activations and ensure consistent and approved use of branding and logos across all events, activations, and campaigns maintaining alignment with global brand guidelines.
- College Program & Sampling: Manage MAT (Ambassadors Team) and implement large-scale sampling operations to drive trial, brand visibility, and engagement of core target.
- Coordinate consumer promotions implementation timely managing Full process (planning, agency management, T&Cs, prizes, fulfillment Monster/LPI creative process, printing etc.) and reporting out post-promotional performance delivering actionable conclusions to optimize future programs with respect to KPIs and ROI.
- Digital & Social Media Engagement: Support brand presence and growth on paid media platforms through content creation, athlete and ambassador collaborations, and strategic promotions in partnership with the Digital team.
- Leverage category knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute brand activation plans that drive customer engagement.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver marketing results.
- Foster partnerships with influencers and opinion leaders to amplify brand voice.
- Drive innovation and creativity in marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing within top-tier CPG companies preferred.
- 10+ years experience in Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Microsoft tools skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Solid consumer brand management and shopper/channel marketing programs experience.
