Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, and be skilled in local market analysis.

  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to support the growth of multiple accelerators worldwide.
  • Collaborate with local leaders and account managers to troubleshoot marketing issues, gather feedback, and drive new projects.
  • Design and deliver training programs for local leaders, and maintain internal guides and resources to ensure access to critical information.
  • Streamline complex marketing processes and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the promotion of local accelerators through content creation, email marketing, social media, public relations, and inbound-marketing techniques.
Requirements:
  • Native or business-fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with experience in sales or client management.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and accelerators.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and public relations best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
