Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log all incoming calls to the service desk and ensure accurate recording in the service management tool.
  • Ensure incidents are assigned to the correct resolver team and work with virtual teams as required.
  • Provide basic in-house training to end-users and utilize knowledge base systems and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Act as a single point of contact and represent the service desk at team and department meetings when required.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent customer service skills, including the ability to work with users of all skill levels. You should also have excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills, as well as being extremely detail-oriented and able to consistently follow team procedures and documentation.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to work with users of all skill levels.

  • Recent support center/technical support experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 desktop, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Windows & Network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Service-minded attitude that will create positive impact on end-users.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese - spoken and written to communicate with international customers and other IT colleagues.
