**Job Summary:**

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator/Fuel Transporter to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting fuel between airfields and fuel farms using a straight 6k tanker.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate heavy equipment, including tankers, to transport fuel between locations.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicles, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  3. Perform routine maintenance tasks on the equipment, including greasing, adjusting, and making emergency repairs.
  4. Load and unload fuel from tanks and other containers as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education/Certifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is desired. Two years' related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL): A valid CDL with Fuel Endorsements is required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to pass the Military's Flight Line Drivers course and have a current, valid Passport and Driver's License.
  • Additional Requirements: Must have two years' experience as a fuels truck driver/operator commercial or military.

**Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, hazardous materials, and confined spaces.
  • Equipment Used: Heavy equipment, including tankers, loaders, and generators.
