As a visionary IT Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's digital transformation initiatives. With a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge IT strategies that align with our business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

     Develop short, mid, and long-term IT roadmaps to support business success through building needed capabilities

     Identify key IT initiatives and solutions that will enhance business productivity and competitive advantage

     Implement IT governance structures to manage and monitor IT investments and initiatives

     Collaborate with compliance and info-security functions to ensure IT compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards

     Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, best practices, and standards

     Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff to build a competent and motivated team

     Set expectations, standards, metrics, provide clear goals, performance feedback, and career development opportunities for team members

     Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks

     Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure

     Plan for and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies

 

Requirements:

     5+ years of progressive experience in IT management on leadership roles

     Proven experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams, including activities related to full-cycle people management

     Track record of managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, aligning IT services to their needs

     Expertise in managing large-scale IT projects of building organization-wide IT capabilities, including planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews

     Ability to align IT strategy with organizational goals, drive innovation, and adapt to evolving industry trends

     Hands-on experience in managing IT budgets, optimizing costs, and ensuring resource allocation

     Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and data analytics, understanding of software development principles and needs

     Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels

     Fluent English
