The Role

A key position within our Financial Planning & Advisory team has become available, seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual who can cultivate existing relationships while expanding the client base through referrals, networking, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurturing and growing strong bonds with existing clients, delivering exceptional service that meets their evolving needs.
  • Conducting regular financial reviews to provide bespoke advice on Retirement Planning, Investments, Life Insurance, Serious Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
  • Driving business growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Exceeding agreed sales targets while consistently prioritizing client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
  • QFA and RPA qualifications essential.
  • CFP qualification advantageous.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of all financial products, including Pensions and Life Assurance.
  • Proven experience in inclusive sales environments within the Life and Pensions industry, preferably in a broker setting.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work well under pressure as part of a dynamic sales team.
