Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a global technology company that builds innovative apps at the intersection of social, entertainment, and dating. Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on Digital Marketing, Design, Product, and Back-office streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for internationally hiring Senior to Executive level professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full International Recruitment Cycle: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to successful onboarding, including identifying, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for our diverse range of vacancies.
  • Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR professionals in relevant business units.
  • HR Initiatives: Get involved in various HR initiatives as needed, contributing your expertise to other areas of human resources.
Requirements:
  • International Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Thrive on achieving results and can influence others effectively.
  • Hardworking: Dedication and hardworking nature are crucial in delivering recruitment excellence.
